Robotic hand – Telepresence

Building out a robotic hand which I will 3D print, wire and program. It will be controllable via a glove I will also create and put on my own hand, the connection will be made through the cloud and I will be able to control the hand from another country.

It’s called telepresence and I believe it will play a large role in the future.

Grateful to work with ANZ bank which provides me the platform to grow within the company and outside the company as a human being.

I was ecstatic to invite my colleagues into the process that I undertake every day outside of my 9-5 to generate entertainment software for the world.

We’ve been hard at work, developing multiple projects to build Dreamstate Studios into what we first imagined it would become, our website is revamped to depict a turning point for our company.

The turning point is the understanding that we need to connect our work life with our passion, finding ways to become better for employers with skills and knowledge which stem from outside of work and growing new abilities provided by our employers which fuel our passions, ultimately making us whole as people.

To set in stone our turning point, we’ve completely revamped our website. This new website to us signifies a raise in work effort that we will dedicate every day and the level of quality we want to drive our products to.

Fixed up a friends PC

A friend of mine handed me down his broken PC.
After a bit of diagnosis, I found the CPU is throttling at 0.2ghz.
Inspecting the BIOS I found that the CPU is running at 91 degrees C!
I found that the closed-loop water cooling system is connected to the system fan rather than the CPU fan, which means it would be constantly running its pump at full power rather than in tangent with the CPU temp.
Unfortunately, this still did not fix the issue so I began pulling apart the radiator and pump. I also found a wall of dust on the radiator. I refilled the radiator, cleaned and inspected everything then put it back in.

The computer was running like new!
But then it overheated again 😞 I could feel the hoses were only hot halfway so I knew the pump was busted as it wasn’t pushing and pulling water correctly. Probably due to the pump running at full power constantly, that dust clogging up the radiator is obviously not helpful to its health either!

I purchased a $30 air CPU cooler and installed it instead. Water cooling isn’t really necessary these days as CPU’s just don’t take as much wattage anymore and don’t get that hot, plus, if you look at the anatomy of an air cooler and water cooler they are extremely similar. The difference mainly is the hoses with water flowing through them and the metal rods on the air cooler which use temperature difference hocus pocus to move the heat to the frills.

Well, I turned it on, gave it a rub, and it works like new! Time for your computer to join my crypto mining ranks! It’s a little old but I’m gonna overclock it to burn like the sun! Thanks, Andrew Messinis!
